Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Book with obvious signs of use

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Shipping and returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are returning items of higher value, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

The terms and conditions described herein apply to each Customer and/or visitor of the site and form the basis of any contract between Imagess.eu and the Customer.

Imagess.eu reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the Service at its discretion, notifying the user of such changes through a notice published on its website and/or via email.
The Customer is required to accept such changes, without prejudice to the right to terminate the contract.

  1. Availability and ordering methods
    1. Imagess.eu guarantees to do everything possible to ensure availability to Customers of the online services on this site. Temporary interruptions of the service may be due to possible technical reasons or other causes.
      Imagess.eu will strive to inform its users as efficiently as possible about the nature and duration of the service interruption. Similarly, Imagess.eu does not guarantee the operation and quality of the Internet outside of our website.
      The Customer, at the time of placing the order, explicitly accepts all the conditions of this regulation and also agrees that Imagess.eu cannot be held responsible for any modification, suspension, or interruption of the website or the services provided by Imagess.eu through the website.
    2. Each order is subject to the obligation of payment according to the chosen method.
  2. Prices
    1. The prices are stated in Euros and include VAT.
    2. The shipping costs, which are displayed on the Website and whose amount is indicated before order confirmation, are billed separately.
    3. All prices are valid until they are displayed on the website. Imagess.eu.
      In the event that products are ordered and the price displayed on the website is incorrect, Imagess.eu will contact the Customer to inform them of the correct price and request confirmation of the order at the correct price.
  3. Payment methods
    1. The customer can choose the payment method from those indicated by the Imagess.eu website during the ordering phase.

    2. The generally accepted payment methods are: PayPal, credit card, bank transfer.
    3. Delivery of products
    4. Imagess.eu undertakes to deliver the products to the address indicated during the ordering process. The Customer agrees, under their own responsibility, to provide information as accurate, complete, and up-to-date as possible as required by the ordering procedure.
    5. Any delays or non-deliveries of products cannot be attributed to, or blamed on Imagess.eu, which will consider the contract finalized with the Customer upon delivery of the goods to the company responsible for delivery.
  4. Inventory Management
    1. When a package is 'held in storage' by a courier, it generally means that at least two delivery attempts have been made and the Courier has been unable to deliver to the destination address.
      The courier is not obliged to contact the customer by phone; it is the customer's responsibility to track the shipment and facilitate delivery to the courier.
      "The main causes of storage are: recipient absent; incorrect address or delivery refused by the recipient. For this reason, Imagess.eu always recommends to its users to check the shipping information entered at the time of order completion to avoid misunderstandings or missed deliveries.
    2. In case of a change in the shipping address or incorrect postal code, rerouting of the goods is provided, and this must always be communicated to our Company, which will proceed with the change of address with a charge to the customer of €10.00.
    3. At the opening of storage, an email will be sent to the Customer by the courier and by Imagess.eu.
      There is a maximum storage period of 6 days during which the customer must try to resolve the storage issue by contacting the relevant branch for redelivery or personally collecting the package.
      After 6 days without resolving the storage issue, the package is returned to the sender. The customer will need to pay the return costs as well as the reshipping costs to receive the package again.
  5. Right of withdrawal
    1. The application of the right of withdrawal provided for by Italian legislation regarding goods purchased on Imagess.eu involves the following specifics.
      Regarding the printing of photographs and therefore all products sold on the Imagess.eu website, the right of withdrawal is not applicable (see art. 55 of Legislative Decree 06.09.2005 n.206). These products fall into the category of goods made to measure or clearly personalized, chosen by the Customer according to their personal taste and based on a type and format chosen at their discretion from the wide range of options available on Imagess.eu .
    2. During the product selection and ordering process, the Customer has the option to change their mind or cancel the entire order. However, once the order is submitted and the processing procedure begins by Imagess.eu, the Customer is no longer given the opportunity to change their mind.
      This is because the photographic material printed specifically for a certain Customer could no longer be reused by Imagess.eu.
  1. Replacement of products with manufacturing defects or damaged during transport
    1. If the product purchased on Imagess.eu has manufacturing defects, printing defects, or has been damaged during transport, the Customer may request a replacement within 7 working days from its receipt by writing to the Contacts of Imagess.eu.
    2. For Imagess.eu, quality and customer satisfaction are fundamental factors, therefore, following the report of printing or manufacturing defects or damage during transport, an inspection of the photographic material sent will be carried out, and if a failure to comply with company standards is found, Imagess.eu may proceed through:
      • reprinting and reshipment of the reported products
      • partial/total refund in the form of credit to be used without expiry on Imagess.eu .
  2. Refunds
    1. For refunds of any kind, the procedures are as follows:
      • Through the issuance of a credit note equal to the entire amount spent, without limitations on usage: credits are cumulative with all promotions, can be used for both merchandise and shipping payment, have no expiration date, and can be used in a single order or multiple orders.
      • The delivery date is purely indicative and is based on the estimated times provided by the couriers for delivery. If the shipment is delayed due to courier-related issues, no refund can be issued as the products have been personalized and shipped on time by the Company.
      • In cases solely and exclusively attributable to the Company, a refund may be considered and provided, within 30 days from the date of the order, of the total amount minus 10% attributable to order management expenses and bank charges.
  3. Use of cookies
    1. The Imagess.eu website uses cookies to: keep track of items in the shopping cart, remember login details for subsequent visits, support the real-time chat system, and optimize the online experience of its customers.
      Some are necessary for the functionality of the site, while others allow optimization of its use and provide a better shopping experience.

  4. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
    The use of the Imagess.eu service is subject to the conditions set forth in this 'Terms and Conditions' section.
    Imagess.eu It is subject exclusively to Italian legislation.
